Island Blonde: On Tap!
The Island Blonde Ale is a crisp, clean, Kolsch-style ale featuring Pilsner, Vienna, and Wheat malts with hints of German hops for a straw colored, medium bodied beer. Best drunk with toes in the sand. 17 IBUs, 5.0% ABV.
Paradise Pale Ale: On Tap!
This American Pale Ale is hopped with robust amounts of Amarillo and Cascade. Fruity and citrusy aromas and flavors work with a balanced malt profile creating a copper colored beer that is basically perfect for now. 35 IBUs, 5.6% ABV.
Avocado Honey Ale: On Tap!
No avocados were harmed while brewing this beer. This is a collaboration between bees, beekeepers, avocado growers, and brewery workers--a combined labor of love resulting in an amber honey ale with a uniquely smooth taste and slightly sweet finish. 20 IBUs. 5.3% ABV.

Three different hop varietals makes this American IPA overflow with tropical and citrus flavors. American and Australian hops generate waves of aroma atop a light malt body for an even, assertive bitterness. 60 IBUs. 6.6% ABV.

Ruby hues beckon from this Scotch-style ale. Caramel and malt sweetness, with a hint of hop character create subtle flavors of dark plum and a flicker of chocolate. The Jubilee is equally suitable for a summer picnic or winter gale. 28 IBUs, 6.8% ABV.
Hopliner IPA: On Tap!
Next stop: Hopliner, an American IPA powered by twin engines of El Dorado and Azacca hops. This beer coasts on smooth tropical tones, deep citrus flavors, and dazzling color. The scenery will be good, the company excellent. Available in 22 oz. bottles as well as 12 oz. cans too!

Our King Tide Double IPA features Simcoe, Centennial, Cascade, and a secret experimental hop. These surf in union above a medium body of American malts, cresting into a flood of flavor. Double dry hopping brings the full range of harmonic amplitude this Double IPA is all about. 90 IBUs. 9.0% ABV. In cans too!
Pacific Coast Hefeweizen: On Tap
Your beer drinking attained a new level of fun with our Pacific Coast Hefeweizen. Think summer effervescent, crisp citrus, clove, banana for unfiltered good vibes. Wheat malt meets a hold-the-lemon philosophy for sunfilled smiles for days. 5.0% ABV, 12 IBUS.
Big Island Barleywine: On Tap!
We packled 100 IBUs of Columbus and Cascade hops into our Big Island Barleywine for a complex hop flavor that balances on layers of Caramel, Munich, and Amber malts, resulting in our most robust offering yet. 10.0% ABV.
17th Anniversary Ale
This Imperial Amber beer was inspired by the Avocado Honey Ale, one of our core beers and was destined for bourbon barrels from conception. Four months in American Oak cooperage brought about an unparalleled complexity with 21 IBUs and 8.5% ABV. We’ve won many awards for our wood and barrel aged beers and the 17th Anniversary Ale seems a likely contender to continue this tradition.

Grenache Barrel Aged Jubilee
Our Grenache Barrel-Aged Jubilee ale is No. 27 in our Barrel Aging series. We got our hands on some fresh Grenache barrels from a local winery, felt it fitting to age the Jubilee in all its ruby color wonder in them. Six months of barrel aging has produced bolder Jubilee with subtle hints of blackberries and tannins. Oakiness adds to the complexity for an extraordinary beer. Only 20 cases were bottled. 28 IBUs. 7.0% ABV.
18th Anniversary Ale
Our 18th Anniversary Ale began its journey when we brewed a medium bodied Imperial Red Ale from select caramel malts, delicious in its own right. This nectar then went into American Oak Barrels for five long months, emerging with flavors of maple, fig, and raisin, balanced with subtle oakiness. Only 30 cases were bottled. Enjoy this exceptional ale and thanks for celebrating 18 years with us!
Bourbon Barrel Jubilee No. 29
No. 29 in our barrel aging series has arrived after a long 21-month slumber in Bourbon Barrels. This Scotch Ale brings notes of maple syrup, oak, and plum, accompanied by an alluring ruby hue. It is 28 IBU and 7.2% ABV of sheer decadence, and a fitting bottle for any and every occasion. It would not be out of place even today.
