Island Blonde
A Kolsch-style ale brewed from five different types of malt, with a liberal dose of Czech Saaz hops. The result is one of our most popular ales and a nice balance of lingering malt flavors and a subtle hop finish. So light and smooth the first glass invites a second.

Paradise Pale Ale
An American Style Pale Ale, we like to think that if there was a way to put the taste of paradise in a bottle, this would be it. This crisp and even tasting beer is brewed from some of the finest American and English malts and hops available. It’s a unique blend infused with hoppy flavors and aromas, lively and engaging from the first sip.

Assorted Seasonals
Tropical Lager
A great sunny day beer, and our lightest beer. Brewed with organic malts, fermented with lager yeast for a refreshing, effervescent beer. Sterling hops.
14.4 IBU, 4.2% Alcohol by Volume, Available spring/summer.
Stout
A rich and robust foreign-style stout balancing intense malt character and hoppy bitterness: Dark, roasted specialty malts meet Magnum hops, and flaked barley is added for a creamy head.
50 IBU, 7.4% Alcohol by Volume, Available winter.
Big Island
Our Double IPA is the result of a heavy grain bill and small volume batches for an unapologetically big and complex beer. This ale packs 100 IBUs of Columbus and Cascade hop flavors balanced by malt sweetness for our most robust offering yet.
9.8% Alcohol by Volume, Available winter/spring.
Avocado Honey Ale
No Avocados were harmed in the brewing of this beer. Instead, we add Avocado Honey to the boil resulting in an ale with the taste of sunlight in every sip. Honey malt and Sterling Hops combine for a uniquely smooth and a slightly sweet finish. Brewed to coincide with Carpinteria's annual Avocado Festival, the first weekend in October.
19 IBU, 4.9% Alcohol by Volume, Available Fall.
Assorted Bourbon Barrel-Age Ales
When the stars align, from time to time we release an assorted selection of our bourbon barrel aged ales. Our Big Island aged in a bourbon barrel took the gold at the 2010 Great American Beer Festival. We've also aged our Jubilee, our Holiday Ale, the Blackbird Porter and a blend of our Starry Night Stout and the Blackbird Porter in oak bourbon barrels for a truly palate widening experience.
